POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Despatch Time
Our printing workshop is based in Lake Macquarie NSW.  We make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours. If the order is placed over a weekend we will get onto it the following business day.  Any issues and Uncle Henry’s team will contact you. Please be mindful, if you live remote this can lead to greater delivery time.

If you feel you have ordered with incorrect details, please get in touch immediately.  We will try and amend for you before production. If your order has already started the print and despatch process, regrettably we cannot offer a refund or are held responsible.  But we will work with you to resolve the situation. At Uncle Henrys, our main priority is happy customers.

Domestic: Standard trackable Australia Post or Express Australia Post satchels are the delivery options at checkout.

We recommend insurance on goods over a value of $50. Insurance is approx. $3.00 for $100.00 coverage. Please advise if you need this option.

Europe: Deliveries to most European countries are sent priority air mail and should be delivered approximately 14 days after shipment from Australia. Please be mindful of customs procedures and requirements of your country of residence.

USA & Rest of the World: Deliveries to America and the Rest of the World can take anything from 5 – 20 days. The average time we find is 12 days.

International shipping is charged by weight at the rate on day of order. Please contact us via email at info@unclehenrys.com.au for further information.

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

I am not sure if my order went through? How can I find out if it did?
You will receive a confirmation email from us soon after ordering. If you did not get one, check your Junk Mail. If you are not sure feel free to ring the workshop 02 4947 7508 and we will help you out.

I do not have a credit or debit card. Can I send an order in the post/mail?
Yes, For Sure!  This option is only available for residents here in Australia, send Bank Cheque or Money order to:

I am in America. Do you take Cash, Cheques or Money Orders?
Sorry, we cannot.

Security: Once you add items to your cart and reach the checkout stage you can select to pay securely by: Credit or Debit Card through trusted 3rd party financial instructions Stripe and Paypal.  If you prefer bank transfer, we can provide those details if you call our workshop.  Can I order and pay over the phone?  Yes.  Ring our workshop 02 4947 7508 and we can process over the phone.
